Corporate Choir for Employee Engagement, Well-Being, and Team Integration.
A corporate choir fosters team integration, strengthens employees’ sense of belonging, and creates a space for well-being across different areas of the organization. By its inclusive nature, it requires no prior musical experience, allowing people from a wide range of backgrounds and skill levels to participate.
For more than 15 years, Pluggin has developed and coordinated corporate choirs for institutions such as INCA, CEDAE, CNSeg, and Globo, helping transform employees into more connected communities through music.
In the organizations we serve, internal and external events provide employees with opportunities to
express themselves musically, bringing emotion and artistic expression through a genuine experience of teamwork. Through our work with these groups, we have witnessed how enriching this activity can be for organizations in many ways. Perhaps the most remarkable aspect is seeing employees from all levels of the company—ranging from those responsible for serving coffee or maintaining facilities to managers, executives, and presidents—coming together on equal footing.

Rehearsals
The corporate choir project holds weekly rehearsals on the premises of the companies where we provide services. The video next to this is an example of promotion for new choir members.
Presentations
Sharing with the public what happens during day-to-day rehearsals is always a very exciting experience. In addition to representing the company at external events, bringing lightness and music.
Quarentena Coral
The Coral Quarantine was a project developed to serve corporate and community choirs in a fully virtual manner during the COVID-19 pandemic. Leading this activity, Miriã Valeriano and Filipe de Matos Rocha provided a diverse musical experience with goals that went beyond the simple maintenance of choral singing during pandemic times.
